Easy peasy! Hop on the Spotify desktop app, click on your name in the top right corner, then hit "Profile." Finally, click on your current pic and upload a new one. Voilà, new you!
You gotta go through the desktop app to do it. Trust me, I've been there. It's quick once you get used to it!
