It's super easy! Just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Profile > Online ID, and then follow the prompts to change your name. First one's free, but after that, there's a fee!

You can also change it via a web browser. Sign in to your account at the PlayStation website, navigate to Account Settings, then PSN Profile, and you should see the option to edit your Online ID.
