Unfortunately, you can't change your PSN email without knowing your current password. Sony requires the existing password for any account changes to protect your account security. Try using the 'Forgot Your Password' feature to reset it.

No password, no email change. Sony's pretty strict about keeping your account secure.

Been there, done that! You absolutely need your current password to change your PSN email. If you've forgotten it, hit that 'Forgot Your Password' link and follow the steps to reset it.
