You can't change your Spotify username, but you can change your display name! Go to 'Home' > 'Settings' > 'View Profile', then tap 'Edit Profile' and type in your new display name. Voila!

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't let you change your username, but you can link your Facebook account to display your Facebook name instead.
Hot take: Just create a new account if you're that desperate for a username change. Start fresh!
I had the same issue! I just changed my display name and connected my account to Facebook. Problem solved!
