How can I delete a group in Facebook?
Easy peasy! Just go to the group, click on 'Members' from the left menu, and start removing members one by one. Once you're the last member, leave the group yourself, and poof! It's gone!

You have to be the admin of the group first. Then, navigate to 'Members', remove each member, and finally, remove yourself. That'll delete the group.
Short version: Remove everyone, then remove yourself. Group = deleted.
I did this last week. Removing every single member manually is a hassle, but it's the only way to get rid of the group.
