From personal experience, it’s easiest if you use a desktop. Just boot everyone from the group and then hit that ‘Leave Group’ button. Done and dusted!
Just remove all members and then leave the group yourself. Simple as that!
Removing members one by one is time-consuming, but once you're the last one there, leaving the group will delete it.
