Just remember, the magic numbers are 14 days and 2 hours of gameplay. If you're beyond that, your refund quest might turn into a sad story.

I got a refund once because the game didn't work on my PC. Steam was super cool about it. Just followed the process, and bam, money back in no time!

Getting a refund on Steam is pretty straightforward! Head over to the Steam Support site, log in with your account, and find the purchase you want a refund for. If it's within the 14-day period and you've played the game for less than 2 hours, you're pretty much set for a refund. Just submit your request and usually, Steam gets back to you within a week, often sooner!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
