I've had to get a refund before. Just hop on the Sony website, go to 'Contact Support,' and start a chat with a representative. As long as you're within the 14-day window and haven't started the download, you should be good to go!

Refunds within 14 days, but you can't have started the download or streaming. Go to PlayStation Support.

If you want a refund from the PlayStation Store, you need to request it within 14 days of purchase. Go to the PlayStation support page, find 'Refunds and Returns,' and follow the steps there. Keep in mind, if you鈥檝e started downloading the game or streaming it, you might not be eligible!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
