Just stop using it. Log out and never look back. It's as simple as that.
I deleted my Facebook account last year! Head over to Settings, hit Your Facebook Information, and choose the option to delete your account permanently. It was a bit of a process, but totally worth it!
You could try a digital detox. Just take a break for a while and see if you even miss it!
