Just go to the Mushroom Forest, you'll find them in wrecks around those big mushroom trees. Easy peasy!

The Mushroom Forest is your best bet. Also, don't forget to check the wrecks in the Blood Kelp Zone.

I found all my Moonpool fragments in the Mushroom Forest. Swim around the giant tree mushrooms and look for wrecks.
