Super easy! Just go to your Facebook Page, click on 'Settings' at the top, then 'Page Visibility' under the 'General' tab, and switch it to 'Page published'. Voil脿, it's public!
From experience, simply navigate to your Facebook Page, hit 'Settings', then 'General', and finally adjust 'Page Visibility' to 'Page published'. Piece of cake!
