Head to your settings, click on 'Privacy,' and you can adjust who sees your posts and info. You can also limit past posts!
On your profile, click on the three dots, select 'View As' to see what others see. Adjust accordingly in the settings!
Just delete your Facebook. Problem solved.
I made mine private by setting all posts to 'Friends Only' and locking down my profile info. Works like a charm!
