Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't actually move rooms once you've built them in Fallout Shelter. You can only delete and rebuild them where you want. Plan your layout carefully!

Actually tried to shuffle my vault around once, hoping to optimize things without bulldozing. Turns out, you can't move rooms at all. Had to delete and eat the cost. So, plan your layout with the future in mind!
