You can also do it right from your profile. Go to your profile, tap the three lines menu, then 'Settings', 'Add Account', and follow the instructions!
Seriously though, why would you want more than one Instagram account? Just make your current one awesome!
Just a heads up: You can switch between multiple accounts without logging out. Go to your profile settings and hit 'Add Account'.
