Sadly, you can't play Black Ops 2 directly on PS4 because it's not backward compatible with PS3 games. Your best bet is to play it on a PS3 or Xbox One via backward compatibility.

You can't play Black Ops 2 on PS4. Maybe consider getting a PS3 for the old classics?

Not possible on PS4. Your only option is to grab a PS3 or try the Xbox backward compatibility route.
