Through my own experience, go to 'Settings,' then 'Basic,' and under 'Linked Accounts,' tap 'Unlink.' You'll see a prompt asking to confirm—just tap 'Yes.'
Go to 'Settings' in PUBG Mobile, then 'Basic', and tap 'Unlink' next to the account you want to remove. Easy peasy!
In the game, head over to 'Settings,' tap 'Basic' and look for 'Linked Accounts.' Hit 'Unlink' for the account you wish to remove—done!
