You can sell stuff on Facebook by using Facebook Marketplace. Just click on the Marketplace icon, select 'Sell', and follow the prompts to list your item. Easy peasy!
Just use Marketplace. It's way easier and gets you more visibility. Groups can be hit or miss.
I use Marketplace a lot. Make sure to take clear photos of your items and write a detailed description. It helps to set a fair price too!
