Just toss them in the dryer on high heat for 10 minutes with a wet towel. They should shrink down a bit!
Boiling water method is the safest bet. Dunk them for 3-5 minutes, let them cool, and put them on. Simple science, folks.
I tossed mine in the dryer with some towels and they shrunk perfectly. So easy!
If you really want to shrink them, just use the dryer trick. 5 minutes with a damp cloth should do wonders. Good luck!
