If you're in a group or page, you can turn off commenting by clicking the three dots on your post and selecting 'Turn off commenting.'
You can't completely disable comments on Facebook profiles, but you can limit who can comment by adjusting your post's privacy settings to 'Friends' or 'Friends except...'.
