Honestly, the best way is to just type '@' and start writing their name. Facebook does the rest for you.
Just type the '@' symbol followed by their name when you're writing a post or comment. Facebook will suggest friends as you type!
From my experience, typing '@' and then their name works like a charm. If you're tagging in a photo, click the person's face!
