First thing, make sure you have your PS4 account info handy. Then, during the initial setup of your PS5, sign in with your PS4 account. Voila, your profile and content should appear.

I did this recently! On your PS5, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Sign In. Enter your PS4 account info, and you're good to go!
