You can't transfer robux directly. Consider using group payouts if both accounts belong to the same Roblox group.

You can't directly transfer robux between accounts, but you can use the Roblox Trading System if both accounts have membership. You could also create a game pass or a private server for the receiving account to buy, effectively transferring the robux.

Pro tip: Create a game pass on the receiving account and have the other account buy it. That's the easiest workaround.
