Go into 'Settings', find 'Blocking' under 'Privacy', and there you can see your block list and simply hit 'Unblock'. Pretty easy!
Just unblock them through the settings!
To unblock someone, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking, then hit 'Unblock' next to the name you want to let back in. Voil脿, you're friends again!
