Go to your profile, tap on the three lines in the top right, then select 'Settings.' Next, tap 'Privacy,' and then 'Blocked Accounts.' Find the person you want to unblock and tap 'Unblock.' Easy peasy!
Settings -> Privacy -> Blocked Accounts -> Unblock. Done.
I had to unblock a friend once. Go into Settings, navigate to Privacy, then Blocked Accounts. Find the user and tap Unblock. Worked like a charm!
