Been there! Just open Messenger, tap your profile pic in the top left, scroll to 'Privacy', hit 'Blocked Accounts', and there they are! Tap 'Unblock' and you're good!

Just go to 'Privacy' in Messenger settings and unblock from there. Done.
Go to Messenger settings, tap 'Privacy', then 'Blocked Accounts'. Find the person and tap 'Unblock'. Simple as that.
