Just head to 'My Games & Apps', find the game, hit the 'Menu' button, and pick 'Uninstall'. Takes like 5 seconds. ;)

Easy peasy! Go to 'My Games & Apps', highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the 'Menu' button on your controller (the one with the three lines), and then select 'Uninstall'.

Shortcut time! From 'My Games & Apps', locate your game, press 'Menu', and choose 'Manage game'. From there, you can select 'Uninstall all'. Done and dusted!
