To block someone from tagging you on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Profile and Tagging. Then find 'Review Tags People Add to Your Posts Before the Tags Appear on Facebook?' and turn it on. Boom, no unwanted tags!

Head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Profile and Tagging and enable the 'Review posts you're tagged in before the post appears on your profile' option. Problem solved!
Simple: Go to Settings, find Profile and Tagging, and switch on the reviewing option. No more annoying tags!
Best way, imo: Go to Settings > Profile and Tagging, turn on tag review. Easy peasy.
You can't actually block individual people from tagging you. Just set up tag reviews as mentioned above!
