Set everything to 'Only me' in Privacy Settings and block anyone specific. Voil脿, your profile is hidden!
Just deactivate your account for a while. It'll make your profile invisible until you decide to reactivate it.
Why hide? Go big or go home! But if you must, adjust your privacy settings to the max. Done and done.
