Use a second device like a phone or tablet to play music while you game. That way you can control your playlist without minimizing Roblox.
I usually just run Spotify in the background on my PC. It works like a charm and doesn't really affect my game performance. Pro tip: Make sure you adjust the volume so you can still hear game sounds.
