Simple - you can't technically 'run' while healing. What you do is initiate the heal and then move, but it's not full sprint speed. You gotta be smart with it, use slides and jumps to create movement!

Honestly, just slide and heal. Running in a straight line makes you an easy target anyway. Be unpredictable.

Running while healing in Apex Legends isn't about pressing a secret button, but it's all about timing and movement! Firstly, start the healing process by selecting your desired healing item. Then, immediately after, start sprinting. You can't start the sprint before beginning to heal, or it'll cancel the action. Slide-jumping while healing can also maintain momentum and make it harder for enemies to hit you. Remember, it's all about practice to get the timing right!

Nope, can't run and heal. Sprint cancels the heal. Slide or find cover instead.
