I tried like 3 times before I got it. Trust me, wear light armor and have some AP recovery items. Also, plan your route between checkpoints to avoid getting stuck or sidetracked. Those ticks are merciless.
To take the Athletic Test in Fallout 76, you need to head over to the Pioneer Scout Camp which is located on the northern side of the map. Once there, you should find an athletics course marked by yellow flags. Just interact with the starting terminal, and it'll kick off your test.
