How can you tell Alpha Edition MTG cards apart?
Alpha edition cards are a real treasure for collectors! You can easily spot them by looking for rounded corners, unlike the regular sharp corners on later editions. Plus, Alpha cards have a much more limited print run, making them rarer. If you're checking a card's authenticity, also look for the deep black coloring on the card borders, which is distinctive of Alpha edition cards.

Just count the corners! Alpha's got those super round ones. Everything after went with the normal corner game.
Honestly, identifying Alpha MTG editions isn't worth the hype. Just enjoy the game, no matter the edition of the cards.
