Just head over to their profile and tap on 'Following.' If you're on the list, congrats, they're following you!
If you can see their Stories at the top of your feed, it's a good hint that they're following you! Trust me, I've confirmed it with friends.
Open their profile and see if there's a 'follows you' under their bio. If it's there, bingo!
