As someone who checks Insta religiously, my trick is keeping an eye on who always views my stories first. Could be a stalker, or just a friend with a lot of free time!
Real talk: You can't. Instagram doesn't offer this feature, so it's all about reading between the lines with interactions.
Instagram doesn't notify you of profile views like some other platforms, so unless someone's interacting with your content, it can be hard to tell.
