Easy peasy! Go to Facebook settings, find 'Blocking' under 'Privacy', then look for 'Blocked Users'. Find the person and hit 'Unblock'. Done!

Been there, done that. Just head to your settings, click on 'Blocking', then hit 'Unblock' next to the person you want to forgive. Simple!
Open Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. Find the name of the person you want to unblock, then click 'Unblock' next to their name. You're back in contact!
