How to change email address on Facebook
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Contact and add your new email address. Verify it and then remove the old one. Easy peasy!

Click on the down arrow in the top right, go to Settings & Privacy, and then Settings. In the General tab, you'll see Contact – add your new email, verify, and you're good to go!
Settings -> General -> Contact. Add new email, confirm it, delete old one. Done.
From my experience, go to Settings, find Contact under General Account Settings, add your new email, and then verify it. Once that’s done, remove your old email.
