To change your PSN profile header photo, open the PlayStation app, go to 'Profile,' tap 'Edit Profile,' then select 'Edit Cover Image' to upload your new pic!

Fire up your PS4 or PS5, head to 'Profile,' and choose 'Customize Profile.' Then, select 'Change Cover Image' and pick your new header photo. Easy peasy!

I recently changed mine! On the PS App, go to your profile, hit 'Edit Profile,' then 'Edit Cover Image.' Choose an image from your gallery and voila!
