Changing your name in Fallout 76 is a breeze! Just head to the main menu, navigate to the 'Account' section, and there you’ll find an option to change your character's name. Remember, your character's name is only visible to you, while your Bethesda.net account name is what others see in-game.

I tried changing my name thinking it would update for everyone else, but turns out only I can see the change. Still cool to personalize your experience though!

Nope, you can't change the name others see you as in-game, that's your Bethesda.net account name. For your character, sure, but it’s just for you.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
