Contact Epic Games support if it's been more than 72 hours. They are pretty good at resolving V-Bucks-related issues quickly.
Did you get the Breakpoint pack from an authorized seller? Sometimes third-party vendors can cause delays or issues.
Honestly, sometimes it just glitches. Log out and back in, and maybe the V-Bucks will appear like magic.
