You just need to press F1 on PC to pull up the debug info, which includes your current coordinates. Easy peasy!

Coordinates have saved my bacon more times than I'd like to admit. X is horizontal, Y is vertical (depth), and Z is into/away from you.

Coordinates in Subnautica are based on a three-axis system: X (east-west), Y (depth up-down), and Z (north-south). You can see them using the F1 debug screen!
