Kurama dies when Naruto uses Baryon Mode to fight Isshiki Otsutsuki. The mode consumes all of Kurama's chakra, leading to his death. Sad times!

Kurama's death happens during the battle with Isshiki Otsutsuki. Naruto uses the Baryon Mode, which fuses his chakra with Kurama's for a massive power boost, but at the cost of Kurama's life.

Baryon Mode tradeoff: Naruto gains immense power, but Kurama's chakra depletes completely. Bye-bye, Kurama.

Kurama dies because he and Naruto used Baryon Mode to defeat Isshiki Otsutsuki, which consumed all of Kurama's life energy.

I watched it happen! When Naruto went into Baryon Mode against Isshiki, Kurama didn't tell him it would cost his life. Ultimate sacrifice right there.
