Artifacts in MTG are like the Swiss Army knife of your deck. They're cards that can be anything from equipment that boosts your creatures, to gadgets that produce mana, or even complex devices that can turn the tide of the game with unique effects. Just play them by paying their mana cost, and voila, you've got yourself some in-game magic (pun intended). And don't forget, unless it says otherwise, artifacts stick around and can be used over and over again.

Honestly, artifacts can either be your best friend or your worst nightmare, depending on which side of the table you're on. I once had a game where my opponent couldn't touch my artifacts. Safe to say, they weren't too happy when my unassuming gadgets turned the game in my favor. Artifacts are all about strategy and timing - deploy them wisely.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
