In Spyro: Year of the Dragon, you fly by reaching specific flying stages. Once in those stages, use the control stick to steer and chase down the dragon. It might take a few tries, but keep at it!

You need to unlock flying by completing the Flight levels. These are special levels where you can fly freely to catch dragons. Just keep practicing your gliding and charging techniques!
