Honestly? The echo lure just attracts the animal you're tracking. A few squeaks, some patience, and bam鈥攖ranquilized and ready for transport.
Echo lures in Warframe are used to mimic the sounds of animals you're trying to capture. You equip the lure, find the animal tracks, then follow the trail until you find a good spot. Use the lure to make the animal appear, and when it comes out, use a Tranquilizer Rifle to finish the job. Easy peasy!
Basically, you use the echo lure to call the animal you're hunting. Just follow the tracks, use the lure at the right spot, and profit. Remember to bring your Tranquilizer Rifle!
