How do headshots work in Apex Legends?

In Apex Legends, landing a headshot deals more damage than hitting other parts of the body cuz you're hitting the head, duh. Each Legend has their own hitbox size, which means some are easier to land headshots on than others. Also, different weapons have different headshot multipliers, so snipers are gonna hit much harder on a headshot compared to, say, a pistol. Remember, helmets can reduce the headshot damage you take, so always gear up!

From my experience, headshots in Apex are kinda the ultimate flex. Not only do you need good aim, but you gotta know your weapons and who you're shooting at. Sniping someone's head from across the map? Satisfying as heck. But yeah, helmets can really throw off your game, reducing the damage and all, so keep an eye on your enemy's gear.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:
