Super easy! Just open the Instagram app, tap the '+' icon at the bottom, select your photo from your gallery, add any filters or edits you want, and then hit 'Next'. Add your caption, hashtags, and location if you like, then tap 'Share'. Voila!
Pick your photo, hit the '+' button, make it look good, and post it. Done.
