From my experience, you can just search their Skype name in the search bar at the top and add from there!
Open Skype, click on the 'Contacts' tab, and then hit 'New Contact.' Enter their Skype name, email, or phone number, and voil脿!
You don't need a guide for this, just click 'Contacts,' 'New Contact,' and search for the person. Done.
