To add your own music files to Spotify, go to Settings > Local Files > Add a Source, and then you can add files from your computer!
If you wanna add songs to Spotify, you can create a playlist and add tracks from Spotify's library. Just click on the three dots next to the song and select 'Add to Playlist.' Easy peasy!
