Buy V-Bucks through the Nintendo eShop. Just load up Fortnite, navigate to the V-Bucks section, and you'll be directed to make the purchase with your Nintendo account.
Just use the website to buy V-Bucks and link it to your Epic Games account. Then, those V-Bucks will show up on your Switch too. Done this a million times!
