Assigning settlers? Waste of time. Just let them wander. Adds to the post-apocalyptic ambiance if everyone looks lost and confused.

Oh, assigning settlers in Fallout 4 is super easy and kinda fun once you get the hang of it! First, you gotta walk up to a settler. Then, open your workshop mode – you know, that mode where you can build and move stuff around. While in workshop mode, just point at the settler you want to assign to something. You'll see a command menu pop up. Choose what you want them to do – could be farming, guarding, manning a store, or working on a resource like water or scavenging stations. Just select the job, then point at the thing you want them to work on and voila, they’re assigned!

Here's the short version: Enter workshop mode > Click on settler > Click on the resource or job. Done!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
